Q: How can I join the club?
A: You may complete your application in person at the Clubhouse during business hours (Tue/Wed/Thu from 8:30 am-12:30 pm), or you may email your application to capehatterasanglersclub@gmail.com  (Download Application).

Q: Do I need a fishing license to fish the Hatteras Island surf?
A: Yes. You can purchase a 10-day, annual, or lifetime license at one of our local tackle shops on the island or online at North Carolina Marine Fisheries.

Q: Do I need a permit to drive on the beach?
A: Yes. The National Park Service (NPS) requires all Off-Road Vehicles (ORVs) to be permitted prior to driving on designated beaches. Visit the NPS Website for more details, regulations, and restrictions.
